In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top Maps & Navigation apps on the Android platform in Ireland showed varied performance patterns, as gathered from Sensor Tower data.

TFI Live maintained a relatively stable download trend, starting at around 3.4K downloads per week and peaking at 3.7K in early October. By the end of December, it had about 149.6K weekly active users.

The Uber - Request a ride app experienced fluctuations in downloads, beginning the quarter with 3.2K and reaching a peak of 3.5K towards the end of December. Weekly active users saw a significant increase from 57.9K to approximately 80.2K by the quarter's end.

Leap Top-up exhibited a decrease in weekly downloads, from 2.9K at the start to 1.8K by the end of December. Active users initially decreased but rebounded to about 91K by the last week of the quarter.

The Waze Navigation & Live Traffic app had a modest download peak of 3.2K in early November, with a general decline towards the end of the year. Active users decreased slightly from 50.1K to 45.8K over the quarter.

Finally, Bolt: Request a Ride showed a downward trend in downloads, starting at 2.3K and dipping to around 1.2K in late November, before rising to 2K by the end of December. Active users remained fairly stable, hovering around 18K.
